*Monthly auto-payment tuition for school year classes Your online registration/payment is your 1st month's tuition. Artworks Studio runs on a monthly tuition based on an average of four classes per month. If there are five classes in a month, we do not increase tuition. If there are three, we do not give credit.
All tuition is processed on the 25th of each month (for the next month).
When your child is ready for a break, notify us by the 15th of the month and we will end your child’s enrollment on the 30th or 31st of that month! *If you register after the 15th of the month, your start date will be for the 1st week of the next month. *If interested in joining a class mid month, please contact us & we will prorate the monthly cost
Weekly classes: We will do our best to schedule a make up class for you due to missed classes/sickness, etc. *You will have 30 days from the date of your child's absence to schedule a makeup in another class we offer, at either location.
Artworks only offers a refund if we have to cancel a class/camp. If you have to cancel for any reason, a refund is not given (applies to any programs hosted with Thrive).
Summer: $100 non-refundable deposit required when signing up & balance due June 1st for all camps. If you have to cancel a week of camp for any reason, we will attempt to reschedule you in another week of camp. If we are unable to do so, you will forfeit your deposit & the remainder of payment will become a credit towards a future class/program.
